Returns & Refunds Policy

At Aumaara, every piece is crafted with care and close attention to detail. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selected, or personal preference.

Defects are the exception. If your piece arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or refund it, subject to the following:

• You must contact us within 5 days of delivery.

• You must share clear photos or a short video of the defect, along with your order number, at aumaarajewels@gmail.com.

• The issue must be a manufacturing defect (e.g., a loose stone, a broken clasp, plating flaws) and not damage from wear, water, chemical exposure, or accidental mishandling.

• Once your claim is reviewed and the defect confirmed, we will let you know the resolution — repair, replacement, or refund — within 7 days.
